No matter what your learning preference is, we offer an abundance of Enlight training options to help you connect with your data for whole health insights.
Our instructor-led training is facilitated by one of our team’s Enlight experts. For our new clients and requested private training, we offer implementation training that can be face-to-face, or webinar based. These instructor-led trainings are tailored to the client’s data and needs. Additionally, we do offer complimentary , open enrollment Enlight boot camps for our clients on a recurring basis. These webinar-based sessions integrate live training demonstrations and explanations, supplemental eLearning, and hands-on activities.
Our Enlight Boot Camp (Level 1) consists of Three Group Sessions with Solo essential eLearning and Exercises between sessions.
Audience: New Users and Legacy Data Users. For Legacy users, this will be an excellent review and will introduce the connected data model. Legacy Data Users will move through the initial material faster than the first time users.
A consumer of reports who wants to make minor modifications will benefit from our Level 1 Boot Camp. A power user will begin with Level 1 and continue to Level 2.

Level 1 Enlight Boot Camp

Our Enlight Boot Camp (Level 2) consists of Two Group Sessions with Solo essential eLearning and Exercises prior to and between sessions.
Audience: New Users and Legacy Data Users who are proficient in the fundamental five skills needed to use Enlight chm: Navigate, Design, Filter, Save and Export as well as the difference between Detail and Aggregate Measure Filters.

All clients can access our self-paced training resources at our Learning Management System (LMS) and using the Enlight Online Help. At our HDMS LMS, our online courses can provide you with assessment, accessibility, engagement, and the ability to track your progress as you learn. Additionally, you can view and download resources in the comprehensive document library. Basically, you have 24/7 access to master the fundamentals or grow your knowledge to become a power user. If you’d rather learn without leaving Enlight, an Online Help is at your fingertips. After you’ve logged in, look for the question mark in the tool to access articles, videos, and links to learn and practice.

Deb Baxter has been working with healthcare reporting tools at HDMS for 15 years. She has over 30 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of corporate training programs in both classroom and virtual settings. Deb is an essential voice to the understanding and improvement of Enlight. She earned her BA from Hiram College and continues her professional education via webinars, MOOCs, and seminars. She has written several articles and spoke at the Learning Solutions conference hosted by the eLearning Guild. She cares about making people better at what they do, simplifying complex concepts and empowering clients with knowledge.
Rieale Loveridge has created and managed HDMS instructional content since 2010 (from Classic View to Enlight). She administers the Learning Management System and works to improve the quality and accessibility of our self-paced learning solutions. Previously, she was a writer for several healthcare publications and was an editor and staff writer for monthly publications in NW Ohio and SE Michigan. Rieale earned her BS in Secondary English Education and MSc in Scientific & Technical Communications from BGSU. She is an active member of the Detroit Association of Talent Development (ATD) and is focused on using story and connection to facilitate learning and growth.
Tiana O'Connor has been with CVS Health for over 3 years and supported Service Center Operations and Learning & Performance prior to joining our HDMS Training team. She has worn several hats within the organization from Health Concierge, Sr. Health Concierge and Training Delivery. Tiana facilitates our Enlight chm Boot Camps and is key to developing our self-paced learning solutions. She holds a degree in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University. Tiana brings with her experience delivering complex information to adult learners, an understanding of critical concepts to adult learning theories, and a passion for wanting to learn and develop others continuously.
