Meet Jim, our Chief Client Officer.
Jim Hinkle is senior vice president, our head of client experience and sales. He builds and manages the team that deliver services to our clients, each step of the way. Jim also manages our sales function, ensuring that the commitments we make at the time of contracting are built into the expectations as clients grow with us. Jim’s vast experience in the health care industry build upon what has made great partnerships in the industry last for many years, and include visionary plans for how we can exceed client expectations over time.
