Gayle Cerri

Vice President, Employer Client Services

Gayle Cerri is a Senior Director of Strategic Relationships within the HDMS Client Services group. Gayle has over 18 years experience in working with employers and government (State Employers and Medicaid) in driving key decisions from health care data. Gayle has also worked as an analytic consultant for one of the largest national health plans. She has developed expertise in employee benefits, medical management evaluation, risk models, wellness program evaluation and trend analysis.

Prior to joining HDMS, Gayle was a Business Project Program Sr. Manager with Aetna Informatics. She also spent several years first as a consultant and then in senior account management roles with Thomson Reuters and Ingenix. She was also a Director of Business Development for Verisk Health. In her role at Aetna Gayle led consulting engagements, with extensive experience in program evaluation, data analytics and reporting. In her roles at Ingenix and Thomson Reuters, Gayle was responsible for delivering data warehousing solutions, strategy and design consulting, and evaluation and measurement analyses. Gayle holds a Master's Degree in Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
